The newsletter is sent weekly via email on the last school day of the week.
In order to publish an article in the newsletter, please send an email to our newsletter editor at editor@clydehillpta.org . Your submission will be acknowledged with a return email. Due to space limitations, the formatting of your article may be changed. Please do not embed graphics. Your submission must be received by 12 p.m. the day before the last school day of the week in order to make the newsletter for that week.
If you would like to add an email address to the Clyde Hill News distribution list, please send an email to editor@clydehillpta.org with “add” in the subject line. This is the major avenue of communication from Clyde Hill PTSA so add as many emails as you need to stay connected.
If you need to delete an e-mail from the distribution list, send an e-mail to editor@clydehillpta.org with “delete” in the subject line. Include the e-mail address to be deleted in the subject or in the body of the e-mail. In order to publish an article on the website, please send the text to be published in an email or attached word file, to our webmaster at webmaster@clydehillpta.org. |
